How do I know I will get a great installation?
Art Tile has been installing beautiful tile installs since 1996. Our team of installers has the experience and craftsmanship to perfect any installation. We do not use unfamiliar installers and will never send an installer to your home or office that has not done work for us before. Our installers will respect your home and perform a precise, thorough and neat installation. Our installers have the know how to assess any flooring or remodel situation. Our tile setters must adhere to a high level of quality. We only work with the best installers in the business.


Does Art Tile offer financing?
With your approved credit, we offer 3 to 6 month, no interest payment financing for free!  (a one time finance fee may apply). Take advantage of our flexible financing and stretch out your dollar.


Do I get a warranty with work done?
Our warranty is two-year on hard surface and 20-years on tile. If you have issues with any portion of your installation we will fix it for free after the sale. You will always receive after the sale service at Art Tile of Austin.


What kind of turnaround can I expect from start to finish?
Typically it will take around a week to complete most standard size bathroom remodel jobs, small jobs can take only a few days. A couple of days to locate or order tile and up to two weeks to order wood flooring. The installation can range anywhere from two to four for tile, depending on the size of the job..


How long have you been in business?
We have been installing beautiful installs since 1996. Our present team is knowledgeable and will be there to answer any questions you may have. We were formerly Timeless Tile.


Does my tile floor or shower walls require maintenance?
Tile maintenance (when sealed properly) does not require any maintenance except cleaning using bleach free cleaning products. Re-sealing tile and grout is recommended as least once a year depending on your tile.


Is Tile more durable than wood?
Yes. Tile with show much less wear and tear than wood.
